Franchise Scale Readiness Assessment
Assessment privacy notice
Effective October 6, 2026. This notice covers the assessment at franchiseflow.io/assessment only. The general Franchise Flow privacy notice covers the rest of the website.
Who we are
The assessment is operated by LYB Solutions Incorporated ("LYB Solutions", "we"), the company behind Franchise Flow. We process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Your answers about your role, your business and how your branches operate.
- Business details: business name and one public website or social media link.
- Your email address, which we verify with a one-time code.
- Optional contact details you give when requesting a consultation (name, phone, preferred time, notes).
- Technical and campaign data: pages visited within the assessment, the advertisement or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters), your browser type, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.
Public business research
To make the assessment more relevant, we look up publicly available information about your business, starting from the link you provide: for example your website, public social media pages, business listings and news articles. We do not log in to any platform, access private profiles or bypass any website protection, and we respect websites' robots.txt instructions. Information that cannot be reliably matched to your business is not presented as fact.
How we use your information
- To calculate your Scale Readiness score and generate your personalized assessment and, if you buy it, your full report.
- To send you your verification code, a link to your results, and messages about anything you request (such as a consultation or report).
- To understand which of our campaigns reach businesses for whom the assessment is useful, and to improve the assessment.
- When your results suggest Franchise Flow could help, to prepare our team for a conversation you request.
Completing the assessment does not sign you up for marketing. We send product news or offers only if you separately tick the optional marketing box, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Service providers
To prepare your assessment, we work with a small number of trusted partners for AI analysis, web search, email delivery and secure payments. Each may use your information only to provide that service to us, never for its own purposes. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner, so your card and e-wallet details never reach us. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Assessments that are started but never verified are anonymized after 90 days. Verified assessments are kept for as long as they are useful for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymized; you may ask us to delete yours at any time. Anonymized records keep only non-identifying information such as scores and branch ranges.
Cookies
The assessment uses one essential session cookie to keep your progress and protect forms. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Email [email protected] with the subject "Assessment privacy request". You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Verification codes are stored only in hashed form, and results are available only from the browser that completed the assessment or the personal link we email to you.
