5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms and maintain basic security. This cookie is not used for advertising and normally expires when your browser session ends.
The website is prepared to use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits, understand website performance, and evaluate marketing campaigns. These services are not contacted unless their account identifiers have been configured and you select “Allow analytics.” If active, they may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, and interaction data, and may store cookies or similar identifiers.
Analytics and advertising scripts are loaded only after the visible page has finished loading and the browser is idle. You may decline them or revisit your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect the demo form or core website functions.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Access is limited to authorized LYB Solutions personnel who need it to respond to your request. Information may also be handled by service providers that host, secure, or maintain our website and database under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
When you allow analytics and the integrations are active, limited website activity is disclosed to Google and Meta for analytics and campaign measurement. Their handling of that information is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may disclose information when required by law, lawful process, or a competent government authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.
7. Retention
We retain demo-request information for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for a legal claim. We may delete information earlier when it is no longer needed. At the end of the retention period, we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No method of online transmission or storage is completely risk-free, but we review safeguards in proportion to the information and risks involved.
